Refund policy
We want you to shop with confidence and know what to expect if something isn’t right.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We also offer free returns within Canada on eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- the item must be unused
- it must be in the same condition you received it
- it must include the original packaging
- proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- used or damaged items not caused by our error
- items returned without original packaging
- final sale or clearance items, where applicable
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email:

Please include:
- your order number
- the reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will send instructions for the next steps.
Return Shipping
Eligible returns within Canada include free return shipping. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns must be sent using the provided label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- the refund is issued to your original payment method
- please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your account
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to make it right with either:
- a replacement, or
- a full refund
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, return the original item and place a new order.
